West Franklin is one of the largest urban regeneration projects ever undertaken in the Adelaide CBD, occupying a 5,000sqm site that was previously the home of Balfours, an iconic South Australian bakery.
Greaton started early construction on its $300 million West Franklin project, located in Adelaide’s City West, in July 2016. With exterior design and interior fit-out by local Adelaide architects Brown Falconer, the structure is on track to set a new benchmark in Adelaide city living. Stage One main works completed on Friday 8th February 2019.

This iconic structure comprises 252 luxury apartments spread across two 17 storey towers, with 292 car spaces and 625sqm of retail on the ground level. A two storey heritage building located on the site will also be retained, forming part of the retail precinct.
The site possesses unique characteristics, incorporating a heritage listed building on Oxford Street. Federation bricks and stones from existing buildings on the site will be used in the two storey podium balconies at the front of Oxford Central to reinforce the local character of the area.
St Leonards South Precinct, Sydney, 2065
The proposed development comprises of the consolidation of residential lots at Berry Road, Holdsworth Avenue and River Road, and is intended to build over 377 apartments. It is positioned within the Lane Cove Local Government Area forming part of the St Leonards South Masterplan Precinct.

The Ribbon has earned its name for the undulating form that rises through two elevated roadways on Sydney’s Darling Harbour. Designed by international award-winning architects Hassell, this $700m redevelopment in the heart of Darling Harbour will create a spectacular waterfront experience, providing enhanced ground level activation, improved sightlines over the Harbour and pedestrian links across Cockle Bay and through to Darling Quarter.

Greaton has partnered with Wirra Wirra on a project to build the first 5-star accommodation of scale in the McLaren Vale wine region and the first integrated winery resort of its type in South Australia.
Wirra Wirra Managing Director, Andrew Kay said the partnership will provide a massive boost to wine tourism in the region. “McLaren Vale has been crying out for 5-star accommodation of this scale for years. The development will provide a base for visitors to not only enjoy the world class wine the region has to offer, but also the magnificent beaches, food and diverse nature experiences that can be found right across the greater Fleurieu Peninsula.”
